It depends on which location you are interested in and what size unit you are looking for.

Doddridge, AR location - we have two sizes: 10x10 & 10x20

New Hope, AR location - we currently have one size unit: 12x20

In order to begin your storage unit rental, please complete ALL of the information below & submit it.

Note that monthly rent payments are paid via ACH/draft on the 28th of each month. The draft on the 28th of the month covers the following months rent. Example: October 28th draft covers rental for November.

If you move in mid-month, your move in draft will be your monthly pro-rated rent. Example: Move in on the 15th & have a "half month" move in draft equal to half of the monthly rental rate.

3. You will be contacted

Once you have submitted your information, you will be contacted by management to begin your rental & gain access to your storage unit.

Rental Rates:

Doddridge 10x10 = $50 per month

Doddridge 10x20 = $95 per month

New Hope 12x28 = $75 per month

Lessee (customer filling out this form) authorizes Lessor (Springbank Storage, LLC) to draft the account listed above for the applicable rate every month on the 28th of each month.

Lessee realizes that Lessor is not liable for any loss or damages to Lessee's property, even if resulting from Lessor, unless Lessor is guilty of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Lessee realizes that the Lessor does not have insurance on the Lessee's contents inside the storage units. Lessor strongly encourages all Lessee's to purchase tenant protection/renters insurance.
